Accessibility Statement

Zeal Opco, LLC dba Title & Survey Review (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring that the Title & Survey Review platform (“Service”) is accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and continually work to improve the experience for every user.

§1 — Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the standard referenced by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive.

The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content may not yet fully meet the standard; we are actively identifying and remediating those areas.

§2 — Measures We Take

To support accessibility, we:

Build pages with semantic HTML landmarks (header, navigation, main content sections, and footer) and a logical heading structure.
Provide text alternatives for meaningful non-text content and avoid conveying information through color alone.
Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and background across the interface.
Support keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements such as links, buttons, and form fields.
Consider accessibility when adding new features and content, rather than treating it as an afterthought.

§3 — Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. In particular:

Uploaded documents. ALTA surveys and title commitments you upload are third-party PDFs, often scanned images, that we do not control. Their internal accessibility (for example, whether a scanned survey contains selectable text) depends on the document's author, not on us.
Generated report PDFs. The downloadable Lender Readiness Report™ PDF may not yet be fully tagged for assistive technology. The same report content is available in an accessible web view at your report's page.
Third-party components. Payment processing (Stripe) and other embedded third-party services are governed by their own accessibility practices.

§4 — Compatibility

The Service is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers and operating-system zoom and contrast settings. It is best experienced with your browser and assistive technology kept up to date.

§5 — Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Title & Survey Review. If you experience an accessibility barrier, need content in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, please contact us. Include the page address (URL), a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, so we can respond quickly.

§6 — Enforcement & Ongoing Review

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We periodically review the Service against our conformance target and prioritize fixes for the barriers reported to us. If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility concern, please let us know so we can escalate it internally.
